Founded by David Capachietti in 2011 with a focus on gas services, Mass Pipeline Services has expanded into full underground utility construction and broader field services. With approximately 35 employees and 58 pieces of equipment and vehicles, the team plans around the scope, site conditions, utility coordination, and safety. Fully insured and bonded. OSHA certified.
